Online Membership Renewal

Sierrans, Has your membership in the Sierra Club expired? A renewal form comes in the mail once a year, but if you overlooked it or just forgot, you can renew online anytime at the Sierra Club Membership Renewal Webpage. Please make the effort, we don't want to lose you as a member.

The Sierra Club mission statement is:

  • Explore, enjoy, and protect the wild places of the earth;
  • Practice and promote the responsible use of the earth's ecosystems and resources;
  • Educate and enlist humanity to protect and restore the quality of the natural and human environment;
  • Use all lawful means to carry out these objectives.

  • We welcome and encourage anyone who is interested in these general goals, or specific issues to join us! We have a monthly public meeting the first Wednesday of each month. We have a guest speaker on a specific topic and also discuss any currently relevant issues of which the group should be aware. We have organized hikes in the surrounding areas, mountaing bike riding, and cross country skiing. Our activities are planned with all levels of fitness and we would love to have you join us! Please see our calendar of events.

    Volunteering for the Pajarito Group: Do you have a profoundly inspirational idea about how to save the earth, lead a hike or teach a kid? Do you want to share that idea but don't know how? Do you like to explore the outdoors and want to make friends with like-minded enthusiasts. Well, those outlets are exactly what Sierra Club provides. On the national and local level,the Sierra Club is the activist group, the venue, the inspirational assistant for your environmental ideas. Please, become involved. Our local Pajarito Group has over 400 people ready to help get out the vote, start a project, join a hike and develop environmental programs. All it takes to begin is the Power of One. Please contact any of our committe members.
